things you need to know if you want to join a group class

Must read

1. All of our group tutoring classes are online classes.  Having a drawing pen (such as Ipad) is recommended. Tutors will teach the concepts, demonstrate the examples, and let students practise. Tutors will answer questions as long as time is allowed.  Once the tutor is assigned for the class, he or she will not be changed by another one without a solid reason. 

2. All of our group tutoring classes are pre-paid classes.  When registering a class, you only need to pay for the first 2 sessions. After the first 2 sessions, if you decide to continue, you will need to pay for the rest classes. Please make the payment of the first two sessions to Lucyyetutor@gmail.com by Interac e-Transfer right after you register the class to secure your spot. 

3. If the tutor is sick, or power outage on the tutor side, we will either have another qualified tutor host the class or reschedule the class.

4. If you want to join a group class that has started, please note the tutor will not restart the content from the beginning just for you. You will have to jump in the class if there is still a vacancy.

5. Please note we use Pacific Time. 

6. Students don't have to buy textbooks or workbooks. We will give the resources.

Grade 11th Math/ Pre Cal 11

Time: Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays 4:30-6:30pm  from July 2 to 31,  It's totally 14 sessions, or 28 hours.  


Fee: Total $588 CAD, the first payment is $84 for the first 2 sessions, you can decide to continue to have the following classes or not after the first two sessions.

Grade 12th Math/Pre Cal 12

Option 1:  This online class will have 2-4 students.

Time: Mondays  5:00-6:30pm (1.5h)  from Sep 23rd to Dec 9th (except Oct    14th and Nov 11th),  and Thursdays 5:00-6:30pm (1.5h) from Sep 26th to Dec 12th,  It's totally 22 sessions, or 33 hours.  


Option 2:   This online class will have 2-4 students.

If the time in "option 1" does not work for the student, please indicate "option 2" in the registration form. Please let us know the available time of the student in the "message". 


Fee: Total $1420 CAD, the first payment is $129 for the first 2 sessions (3h), you can decide to continue to have the following classes or not after the first two sessions.

Option 1:  This online class will have 2-4 students.

Time: Tuesdays  4:00-5:30pm (1.5h)  from Sep 24th to Dec10th ,  and Fridays 4:30-6:00pm (1.5h) from Sep 27th to Dec 13th,  It's totally 24 sessions, or 36 hours.  


Option 2:   This online class will have 2-4 students.

If the time in "option 1" does not work for the student, please indicate "option 2" in the registration form. Please let us know the available time of the student in the "message". 


Fee: Total $1360 CAD, the first payment is $114 for the first 2 sessions (3h), you can decide to continue to have the following classes or not after the first two sessions.

Option 2:   This online class will have 2-4 students.

Option 2:  English 9th, This online class will have 2-4 students.

Time: Saturdays  11:30am-1:00pm (1.5h)  from Sep 21st to Dec 7th. It's totally 12 sessions, or 18 hours. Total $700 CAD, the first payment is $114 for the first 2 sessions (3h)


Option 3:  English 10th, This online class will have 2-4 students.

Time: Sundays  2:00-4:00pm (2h)  from Sep 22nd to Dec 8th. It's totally 12 sessions, or 24 hours. Total $940 CAD, the first payment is $157 for the first 2 sessions (4h)


Option 4:  English 11th, This online class will have 2-4 students.

Time: Saturdays  4:00-6:00pm (2h)  from Sep 21st to Dec 7th. It's totally 12 sessions, or 24 hours. Total $1010 CAD, the first payment is $169 for the first 2 sessions (4h)


Option 5:  English 12th, This online class will have 2-4 students.

Time: Sundays  10:00am-12:00pm (2h)  from Sep 22nd to Dec 8th. It's totally 12 sessions, or 24 hours. Total $1060 CAD, the first payment is $177 for the first 2 sessions (4h)


Option 6:  If the times in the options above do not work for the student, or the student is seek other courses, such as ELL, SAT, SSAT, ACT,  IELTS , etc, then please write "option 6" in the registration form. Please let us know the available time of the student and the courses wanted in the "message". 


Fee: You can decide to continue to have the following classes or not after the first two sessions.
